This is Solar City’s giving program called ‘GivePower’ that kicks in every time the 150 customer installs solar panels. A volunteer team raises funds which are matched by Solar City and off they go to visit the next Nepal village or school to install solar panels to bring solar electricity to another site! This time was extra exciting because the teacher who was highly education and was computer educated, enabled the village to have Internet… thanks to their newly installed solar energy! This was in June, 2016.
